Just got back from a little Christmas party at Kirsty’s… Was nice. Good food. I’m so full I feel I have an excuse for tactical bullemia.

Still not 100% sure what I’m doing on new year’s eve… It’ll be a dilemma to get the plan I’ve got intended in to action! :O

Vortex again this Saturday night it seems. Hopefully I enjoy myself again. Hope it isn’t too hot that night/next morning as I’ll have to wear black just to mix in easily, which is fantastic in summer weather. :(

Man, I feel the urge to burp, piss and crap all at the same time I’m so full. :O

Ross still hasn’t come out of his room for the last 5 days or so. He’s shut himself in there with his webcam and phone and does nothing but spade those two Canadian chicks. The flat is a mess and I’m waiting for him to leave before I clean it up. Go me.

I need to buy presents and get my international driver’s license and maybe get some vaccinations before I go overseas and god knows what else. Who needs money, right?

ET is boring me, warez is boring me… It’s a huge gaming slump at the moment.

Hopefully I can get some shoutcasts in for GameStah to tide me over while I wait for something else to play that I’ll really get in to. Far Cry could be good, but my Spider-Sense tells me it will have shitty MP. Let’s hope I’m wrong.

Man, I’m bored again.

I know I’m bored because I’m actually updating.

I’ve officially been hooked up with admin access to the GameStah network again. Good old Russkie re-added me. Hopefully I’ll be doing a few shoutcasts here and there soon, or at least some admin tweaking/assisting on the site. ^_^

Work is still boring.

Webcams piss me off, if they’re upstreaming on your connection. ><

My torrent downloading program, Azureus, has been acting funny… It seems whenever I’m not sitting at the computer it loses all the downloads it has scheduled and the program has quit, yet I see no error messages when I return to the comptuer. Oddly enough, Ross is always home (as far as I know) when this occurs.

I don’t really mind all that much, it’s just that I’ve lost about 2-3 reasonably large files that were approximately 90% downloaded due to this, and I doubt Ross would know how to fuck them up that badly. Still, it shits me.

Going to Lou’s tomorrow night for a “bring your partner along BBQ” with her folks and her brother’s girlfriend… Go me.

Forgot about this thing for a while… Well, I’ve been thinking to write for a day or three, just haven’t bothered.

So bored.

I’m reading A Time To Kill. Maybe I should keep reading it instead of sitting around bored.

I sold my copy of FFXI to Dozer, to aid him in his lack of life. ;) Even express posted it and everything! :P

Been hitting up BitTorrent‘s hardcore this last week or so. Downloaded a few games and apps… Also getting a shitload of Spider-Man comics off it. Cool, huh?

Speaking of file-sharing, been abusing WinMX of late as well. Juicy mp3 action.

Lou had the shits with me earlier because I forgot to get her the Sunday Telegraph with a Something For Kate interview on it. I didn’t even remember until 5pm when all the newsagents shut. Oh well. She’s getting a copy off someone anyway.

Had my work christmas party last week, was pretty good fun, bar the shittiest public transport experience of all time. I didn’t get in to bed until 9:15am the next morning, still half drunk fortunately, otherwise I could have been real shitty.

Bought Lou a present for her birthday, some perfume thingy. Conned her in to buying me a Hulk limited edition DVD box set. Looks bonar to me.

Lloyd hasn’t come round at all now that he’s back with Eri, barely even messages me or Ross on MSN any more. Nice to know when you’re just a back up… Apparently he’s been working 40 hours a week though so I guess it must be impossible for him to do anything. :P I suppose he’s still not as soft as Mr Frank-OMG-I-HAVE-A-JOB-WITH-EARLY-HOURS-I-MUST-SLEEP-AT-9PM-Larkin. Hrm.

Good old MajikShoe has just invited me back to Land of Angels for the new GameArena 4v4 RTCW tourney.

I forget if I said I re-enrolled at uni. That should be riveting. I hope I spelt that right. I’m really keen on finishing my degree, and trying to save up some money in the mean time (going part time) then try and move overseas to like Germany or Sweden for a few years… Then maybe move on to some other countries out of interest. Lou said she was keen too… Wowee.

I’m going to the UAE in February, with Lou. Gonna see my dad’s cousin, Grant, over there. He took mum around there on her holiday and apparently it has bonar shopping and shizzle. Woot. Gonna stay in Singapore for two nights on the way home as well… She’s staying in Thailand for a few days before I meet her over there. Fun fun.

Also, my Microsoft Intellimouse v3 is dying… Have to keep re-plugging it in because the lights keep going out. :( Using my silly old Belkin Nostromo n30 ball mouse instead… :/ It came with the creative, yet dopey n50 SpeedPad… Man that thing would have owned if it worked properly… Well, maybe not owned but it could have been cool.’

By the way, Cam is a lazy bastard.

Been a while I know, I know…

Caught up with 2 distant ladies that I haven’t spoken to in a while, Linzi and Loz. What’s with girls names starting with L… I know too many in that situation and it’s kind of creepy. :o

My cousin (although I call him uncle) Grant is back from the UAE… Saw him last night when I took Lou back home from dinner. He’s well and all that. Gonna see him and the rest of the family-friend gang on Saturday at Joyce’s. Rock on.

Burnt out the clutch on my car last week. >_< $407 all up for it to be fixed. Dad generously offered to pay half of it. I kind of feel bad about it but I don't think I can resist, money is money after all.

I've realised lately that I haven't really been playing games much, I just spend a lot of time chatting and being bored in front of the PC. When I do actually play it's usually just for pracs/matches in ET…

To combat this, I've started reading a bit more. I just polished off The Firm after it started humbly as my dunny-book of the moment… Now I'm on to Catch Me If You Can… I think it's no coincidence that the books Ross has around the flat have close relations to Hollywood movies… Hmm.

Things seem pretty cruisy of late. I pre-enrolled at Uni last Friday, so I'm definitely going back next year. I think I have to sort out my pre-enrolment places before the 14th, while there's still time!

Nothing particularly interesting has happened that I can think of. Went on the WineSoc cruise last Wednesday around the harbour. Was nice but nothing exceptional… Oh, well, it was sponsored by Subway… Yes, a wine cruise with free subs… I don’t get it either but I’m not one to complain when free subs are on offer!

GameArena is having it’s final RTCW match tonight, the grand final between BlackJack and iMmunity. iMmunity are the big favourites but hopefully BlackJack can pull something out of the bag. It’ll be really sad seeing RTCW finally die out… I’ve spent almost 2 years of my life playing it, and I have nothing but fond memories of what I believe is one of the greatest team-based FPS games in the history of multiplayer. :(

Oh yeah, I heard Robert Palmer died. bl.

Saw Weird Al Yankovic in concert last night at the Enmore… He’s fucking awesome! One of the best concerts I’ve ever been to, without a doubt. :D

What else… Hmm. Been making clothes for There and getting a little bit of a profit, which is fun.

Damn there was something else I was going to write about but I can’t think of what it was.

Oh well.

Happy birthday Loulou! :)

We had a few people go over to the Greengate for a little get together as the real party was on last Saturday. Man is everything overpriced at that place! FARK.

$11.50 for a plate of nachos about the size of two fists placed side by side. I was so cut, especially when you could get a huge fucking bowl of wedges and a large salad for the same price. Bad games. :(

Even the drinks are overpriced. Stupid North Shore local pubs. Argh!

My shirt got accepted on to There! I hope it looks ok, I didn’t realise it was 400% bigger than the “official dimensions”, but it seems to have gotten through. Can’t log on to the game though at the moment so I’ll have to check it in the morning. Wooha.

Yawn. Enough.
