What a week!

Hit the winesoc tour to the Hunter again this year, was pretty good! Caught up with Craig again and met two cool chicks called Helena and Linzie, random pics hosted here.

Was a pretty good trip! Got newted on the first night and didn’t drink for the rest of the trip though, in fear that I might lose my stomach again… :/

Bought some vino too, nice bottle of muscat and a bottle of port… Also scored a bottle of sparkling shiraz for my efforts on Monday night. Woot!

Had a day and a half back at home during which I installed as much crap as I could on my PC for ivLAN.

That lasted for 2 nights at Newcastle Uni, was also really fun. Had the pleasure of picking up dotmaen fatphil from his house way down in Sutherland (:O) and giving him a lift. hehe. Fatty is funny.

Scored heaps of mp3s and some games and other random crap (no porn though, sorry :P) at the LAN. I always feel like such a noob typing LAN in capitals, but formal spelling owns me. :s

Oh yeah I guess I should mention I left LoA and joined dot, full time. :/ Much lub to the LoA crew, as always. Look out for my pro gaming rage now though! :O

New computer arrived! Yay! Unfortunately the man didn’t set up the little network plug thingy for trusty old Cat5, so I’m copying shit over using a USB 2.0 connection. Boy is it SLOWWWWW.

I’m actually going to bed right now. Typically I think the copying has fucked up somewhat, on an Avril Lavigne video clip… Don’t ask. >_<

Grandpa died some time Monday morning (technically yesterday I guess)… He got up that morning and had breakfast but was feeling a little ill… Went to have a nap and must have had a little heart attack and just died in his sleep. Peacefully at least.

I got to see him… I’ve never seen a dead person in the flesh before, let alone touch them. Especially only a few hours after he died. Had to help dad move all his junk out of the nursing home. He’ll be cremated and scattered up at the lake in a few weeks.

Anyway. I’m ok, dad was sad as you’d expect but he’ll be ok.

AoS won our first ever ET match… First ever run as a team and everything so that was good… Shame the game and maps are silly… We won 1-0-2… 2 drawn round, yuck…

Watching cable TV at 2 in the morning is depressing… So depressing that I know I should go to bed but I just can’t be stuffed.

I have to remember to go to work at 4pm tomorrow instead of 5… Hmm.

Seeing Hulk this Saturday with Loulou instead of last week… Wasn’t on! Stupid people on the radio were talking about it after seeing a preview. >_< Ah well I still got to have dinner with mum and dad. :) I'll probably see it on Saturday and again on Sunday with my parents I think…

Well, I think it's almost time to go to bed. That song by Thicke When I Get You Alone is not only annoying but he stole the music from A+’s Enjoy Yourself, which undoubtedly stole the music from another song that I don’t know the name of. Damn these fuckers ripping everyone off.

Too much liquorice… Well, you can never have too much, but I’ve had quite a bit. Ho hum.

Got my little wart frozen by some liquid nitrogen, stung a little bit but it should die in a couple of days… Oh the joy.

Also saw the man about my PC, not sure how long it will take to get it made but hopefully not too long. :)

On top of all that action, mum took me to get my passport photos done… Now we just need the forms sent out to us so I can renew it… The pictures came out pretty well, me am teh sexah!@! kekek ^_^

Dot lost their QuakeCon qualifier. :( Doubts as to whether we’ll be able to go at all now. :/ Ah well.

Got work in 55 minutes… Ahh! Need to have a shower. Hmm.

Ross came over to drop off dad’s tools last night… Then we went on a walk for like 2 and a half fucking hours… My legs are still sore. :x

Still only half way through Harry Potter 5… Haven’t had a good chance since Sunday to just sit down and read the bastard through. Cool book though. :)

Ho hum. Poor Loulou is studying… :'( Glad I deferred. :D Hm.

Going to see the man about getting a new computer tomorrow… Also probably gonna try getting a new passport. Maybe even get dad to burn this mystery wart off my leg! :o Tasty, I know. >_>

I write a lot of one line/sentence comments don’t I? I always said I don’t have anything deep to say, not lately at least. Nothing deep is going on in my life really that I can think of, so it’s kinda hard to wanna keep updating this thing all the time… I guess my random ramblings are good enough for the meantime. Did some more weights today, one day I’ll have muscles. :o

Don’t really feel like going to work, but hey, who does, right? :/

Buying my new computer next week some time… Well that’s the plan. I’m excited but scared of all the cash it’ll cost me. :( Also not looking forward to copying/installing/reinstalling all the shit I have on these other drives. Hmm.

So, if everything goes to plan (meaning it wont), I should be living in Killara sometime within the next week or so. Woot.

Hmm… I’ll have to go for a walk on my break tonight at work. Haven’t really been on a proper one for a while now. Only here and there… Fun fun fun.
