Hello hello. I’ve been in the flat almost a week now! Yeah I moved out last Tuesday… We’ve already had rampant fun and I even went for a run. Scary shit.

Had our housewarming last night, was fairly quiet but still good fun. Cleanup wasn’t too bad either.

Final Fantasy X is cool maen!@ :D Been playing it whenever I can on Ross’ PS2.

We finally moved the double bed out of the flat and made a computer room out of the master bedroom. Got Ross to help me construct this leet computer table and now the setup is pure class. Even brought some weights over from home so when I’m bored I can just lift a few here and there.

I feel so fat, been eating shit the last three days. Gonna have to work hard to make myself get back down another few kilos.

I think Lou and Luce and Kirsty are going to start a little weight watchers style thing of their own… Dunno if I wanna bother with that or not. Maybe I should, I don’t know. Hrm.

Anyway that’ll do for the moment.

What a week!

Hit the winesoc tour to the Hunter again this year, was pretty good! Caught up with Craig again and met two cool chicks called Helena and Linzie, random pics hosted here.

Was a pretty good trip! Got newted on the first night and didn’t drink for the rest of the trip though, in fear that I might lose my stomach again… :/

Bought some vino too, nice bottle of muscat and a bottle of port… Also scored a bottle of sparkling shiraz for my efforts on Monday night. Woot!

Had a day and a half back at home during which I installed as much crap as I could on my PC for ivLAN.

That lasted for 2 nights at Newcastle Uni, was also really fun. Had the pleasure of picking up dotmaen fatphil from his house way down in Sutherland (:O) and giving him a lift. hehe. Fatty is funny.

Scored heaps of mp3s and some games and other random crap (no porn though, sorry :P) at the LAN. I always feel like such a noob typing LAN in capitals, but formal spelling owns me. :s

Oh yeah I guess I should mention I left LoA and joined dot, full time. :/ Much lub to the LoA crew, as always. Look out for my pro gaming rage now though! :O

New computer arrived! Yay! Unfortunately the man didn’t set up the little network plug thingy for trusty old Cat5, so I’m copying shit over using a USB 2.0 connection. Boy is it SLOWWWWW.

I’m actually going to bed right now. Typically I think the copying has fucked up somewhat, on an Avril Lavigne video clip… Don’t ask. >_<

Grandpa died some time Monday morning (technically yesterday I guess)… He got up that morning and had breakfast but was feeling a little ill… Went to have a nap and must have had a little heart attack and just died in his sleep. Peacefully at least.

I got to see him… I’ve never seen a dead person in the flesh before, let alone touch them. Especially only a few hours after he died. Had to help dad move all his junk out of the nursing home. He’ll be cremated and scattered up at the lake in a few weeks.

Anyway. I’m ok, dad was sad as you’d expect but he’ll be ok.
